DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, anywhere in the world! 
We offer FREE shipping to Europe, USA and Canada and a Flat Rate of 20 GBP to the rest of the world.
Estimated shipping time is 5 days for all shipments around the world using secured shipment services. 
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships. 
Because Biloko jewellery are almost always made to order, this results in a 3 day shipping window.
Should, for some reason, the materials needed to make your jewellery become unavailable you will be notified and given a new window of delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and

ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT-WRAPPING?

All our bags come in hand stitched cotton pouches. If you're giving a bag as a gift, you can leave a note for the recipient in the "Order Notes" box when you check out. We will handwrite the message on a beautiful printed A A K S note card.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?

​HOW DO I CLEAN MY JEWELLERY?

Brass and silver may tarnish with time. We recommend using a little bit of lemon juice on a soft cotton to wipe the metal and a quick rinse with water. Your jewellery will be shining as new again.

Because of the nature of our natural nuts we use and handmade process pattern variations are to be expected and celebrated. This is why we love our product: no two pieces are exactly alike, and each one has been lovingly and carefully made.
